In our continuing effort to keep your account(s) secure, we have improved our alert system for potential debit card fraud. Here is how it works:
- When potential debit card fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic email notification with the option to reply with fraud or no fraud.
- One minute after the email is sent, you will receive a text alert, which also has the fraud or no fraud option.
- If no response is received, you will then receive an automatic phone call asking you to confirm or deny fraud. The call will also give you the option of speaking to a fraud analyst.
- Once you confirm fraud via email, text, or telephone between the hours of 8 am-9 pm, you will automatically receive a call from a fraud analyst. Otherwise, you will receive a call from a fraud analyst the next day.
Remember, our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number.
Our Fraud Center will contact you by text, email, and phone in the event a fraud alert is placed on your card. If you add this number to your phone contacts and label it 'Fraud Center', it will display on your phone whenever you get a call from this number.
