Transitioning to UMB

We welcome BankPlus customers to the UMB family! The official Transition day is January 24, 2025.

At UMB we know what we do well, Hometown Community Banking! We are excited to share our brand of banking with each of you joining us from BankPlus. This branch acquisition demonstrates our commitment to serving communities like yours, and it is our pleasure to welcome you to our banking family.

Our number one goal is to make this transition go as seamless as possible. The same friendly faces you are accustomed to seeing in your local branch will be there to help you every step of the way. Additionally, UMB staff will be on site at your branch during the transition and also available to assist you through our Customer Service Department. We want you to know that you are a valuable new customer to us, and we will do everything we can to continue to earn your business.

The transition guide you were sent was created to help you navigate the transition process and contains valuable information about the time leading up to conversion as well as what you can expect over the weekend following the merger. Below are buttons that you may click on to view the transition timeline and the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) from the transition guide:

NOTE:  Due to the winter weather experienced in New Roads, Eunice, and Port Gibson, the delivery of the three new UMB ATMs for these locations has been delayed. Once we know a date for instillation, we will advise you the date the three ATMs will be in service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
