eStatements

If you want quick and safer access to your UMB account statements, enroll in eStatements, which are sent directly to your account though Online and Mobile Banking as well as by email. When you enroll, bank notices will also be sent electronically in the same manner as eStatements.

Enroll in eDocs (electronic bank statements and notices)
You must first be a UMB Online Banking customer before you can use the Service. You must accept the E-Sign Disclosures and the Terms of Use Agreement to become a user of the Service. To have access to the Service, you must enroll through your UMB Online Banking account or mobile app with United Mississippi Bank. For accounts with multiple owners, only one account owner need enroll an account in the Service. In accordance with the terms of United Mississippi Bank's Deposit Account Terms and Conditions, all account owners will be bound by the decision of the account holder who enrolls in or cancels the Service. When you enroll to receive eDocs (electronic bank statements and notices) for a designated account, United Mississippi Bank will no longer mail paper statements and certain notices to you for such account.
 
eStatements and electronic notices are now accessible in UMB’s Mobile App! To access eStatements and electronic notices, simply access the account and then choose “Documents” from the account menu. All eStatement features that are available in the online banking site are also available within the mobile app, including enrolling accounts and setting up additional recipients.
